What is your return policy?
Personalized products are a final sale. All other products bought on our website can be returned. You can change your mind within 10 days of purchase and receive a refund as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. We do require a proof of purchase or a receipt.
After 10 days of purchase, we sadly cannot offer a refund or exchange.
When we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and will notify you by email that we’ve received your return. We’ll then notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
What are the payment options?

What are your shipping details?
Ships to USA only.
Shipping is always free.
Product ships within 2 days and arrives 1-3 days after, via USPS priority mail.
(Approx. 3-5 days)
Once your product is shipped a tracking # will be available and sent to your email.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or offer a refund. Please email us at LitScentsCo@gmail.com We’ll ask you for images of damaged or defective items and a proof of receipt. Simply, attach this in your email to us.
